Naturally sweet with all its alcoholic richness coming from the fermentation.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness (red. sug. 244 g/l) and sun dried until they reach a sugar level 355 g/l (18.2º Be). Destemming, extraction of aromas, pneumatic pressing and controlled fermentation which is stopped by a reduction in temperature.
Golden yellow, clean and brilliant. On the nose: aromas of ripe fruit, quince, honey and caramelized fruit. On the palate: smooth, glyceric, powerful and well structured. Good sweetness-acidity balance.
