Fine, sweet liquor wine made with young wines from sun dried grapes.
Sunny grapes in raisins, on esparto capachetas from 10 to 15 days. The extraction of the must, very dense, is done using special horizontal presses. This initiates a slight fermentation that stops heading up to 15º of alcohol. Oxidative aging in lightly toasted Allier French oak wood.
Dark amber withs hints of old gold, clean and brilliant. Very complex aromas, highlighting notes of ripe fruit, rosemary honey, quince , fresh tobacco and tea. Complex and mineral Well integrated woods. On the palate: Fresh and powerful With a good sweetness-acidity balance with a long lasting finish and slate lingering aftertaste.
