Mature sweet liquor wine from a blend of naturally sweet and dry young wines from the Muscat of Alexandria variety grape.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
Oxidative maturing: 30 years in American oak barrels using the “criadera and solera” method.
Intense color, almost black, with a mahogany edge. Complex and powerful aromas, among which aromas of old solera and acetone stand out, which contrast curiously with other floral and fruity aromas typical of the muscatel grape. Very sweet on the palate with hints of dates and carob, unctuous and soft.
