Solera Brandy elaborated from selected “D.O. Málaga” wines, which are distilled at direct heat of the wood, inside copper stills. The extracts obtained have very particular aromatic characteristics. Oxidative aging in American oak casks which have contained sweet vintage wines of the variety Pedro Ximenez.
Dark amber, topped by faint green highlights. Clean and brilliant. Powerful and complex aromas, from a large breeding. Highlights include nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts on a sweet background of ripe plums, dates, and delicately wrapped in vanilla touches). Unctuous and enveloping in the mouth, with a long, complex aftertaste, that translates to our taste all the aromatic feeling.
A brandy of great elegance, with a touch of Malaga.
