ELABORATION PROCESS
The peel of bitter oranges, known as “cachorreñas”, is dried and macerated and distilled into alcohol for approximately 60 days and then added to the sweet muscat grape to produce the wine. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
