ELABORATION PROCESS
Ripened on the vine to a sugar level of 300 g/l (15.9 Baume). Destemming and pneumatic pressing. Controlled fermentation which is stopped to add alcohol. Oxidative maturing in American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Golden red colour, clean and brilliant. On the nose: clean with a combination of nuts, raisins and sweet aromas. On the palate: oily and sweet with hints of toast.

6º – 8º C.
