PRODUCTION
The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness. Destemming and maceration are performed to extract the aromas, followed by pneumatic pressing. Fermentation is controlled at 15°C and then stopped, leaving a specific amount of natural residual sugars from the grape must. Natural flavorings of lemon, mint, elderberry, and yuzu are added. The alcohol content is reduced to 5.50% vol. by adding water. Gentle carbonation is applied. Bottled in a protective atmosphere. Due to the gentle processing, natural precipitates may appear.
ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
Pale yellow with slight greenish hues, clean and bright. Floral aromas characteristic of Muscat grapes, accompanied by citrus and menthol notes from a combination of lemon, mint, elderberry, and yuzu. The latter contributes pleasant notes reminiscent of a blend of wild mandarin and grapefruit. Slightly sweet. Elegant, very refreshing bubbles. Serve chilled or over ice with fresh mint or spearmint leaves.
