WINE MAKING PROCESS
Harvest of the grapes at their optimal point of ripeness (red sugar 268 g/l). Destemming and maceration to extract the aromas then pneumatic pressing. Controlled fermentation at 15º C and subsequent stopping by adding rectified wine alcohol up to 15% vol. and leaving approximately 100 g of residual sugars. Gentle treatments are applied, which is why natural precipitates may appear.
TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow with slight greenish tones, clean and bright. On the nose: fresh with hints of honey and citrus fruits. On the palate: a taste of fresh grape with a good balance between sweetness and acidity. Good balance of sweet acidity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
6º – 8º C.
