Patience and length of time are better strength and rage: here is another good example. Finesse and elegance go very well with the concentrate and depth of the fragrances from the Amontillado. Without peat or smoke, the flavors are acquired by this ageing in flor power/oxidative wine butt that enhances characters of tobacco and dried flowers. Purely vibrant, this whisky offers a very beautiful complexity. Bottled in February 2021, after 17 years of maturation, it reaches its full complexity. 880 bottles of 500ml bottles and few magnums are produced.
