Fine, sweet liqueur wine made with sun dried grapes.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are dried in the sun on “esparto” dry grass for 10-15 days. The must is very dense and extracted using special horizontal presses. A light fermentation process begins, which is stopped at 15º of alcohol. Oxidative maturing in French Allier oak barrels.
Dark amber with hints of old gold, clean and brilliant. Very complex aromas, highlighting notes of ripe fruit, rosemary honey, quince, fresh tobacco and tea. Complex and mineral. Well integrated wood. On the palate: fresh and powerful, with a good sweetness-acidity balance with a long lasting finish and slate lingering aftertaste.
