50% Pedro Ximenez. 50% Muscat of Alexandria.
Harvested in the northern district, finca Vista Hermosa (Fuente de Piedra) and La Axarquía. TYPE OF WINE Sweet liqueur wine.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ripened on the vine to a sugar level of 300 g/l (15.9º Baume). Destemming and pneumatic pressing. Controlled fermentation stopped by the addition of alcohol. Oxidative maturing: 6 months in American oak barrels.
Golden red colour, clean and brilliant. On the nose: clean with a combination of nuts, raisins and sweet aromas. In the mouth: oily and sweet with hints of toast.
