White D.O. “Sierras de Málaga”.
The grape is manually harvested during the night, benefiting from the low temperatures, so that the grape reaches the table of selection process with all its organoleptic qualities at the most optimun point. Then it proceeds to the destemming, pneumatic pressing, static racking and fermentation with temperature-controlled at 15º C, using selected yeasts.
Pale yellow colour. Good aromatic intensity in which the notes of of white flowers predominate. Fruit notes from apricot and green pale are also appreciable. On the palate it is dry and fruity, with a nice acidity that leaves a very pleasant and fresh aftertaste. Of a great persistence.
