TYPE ON WINE
Mature sweet liqueur wine made from a young blend of naturally sweet and young wines and vintage “Olorosos” from the Pedro Ximenez grape.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
Oxidative maturing: 30 years in American oak barrels using the “criadera and solera” method.
In the glass, good depth, dark with purplish-blue highlights. On the nose: aromas of raisin, liquorice, with hints of toast, nuts and coffee. On the palate: dense, oily, long and powerful.
