WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ripened on the vine to a sugar level of 300 g/l (15.9 Baume). Destemming and maceration to extract the aromas then pneumatic pressing, controlled fermentation which is stopped to add alcohol. Oxidative maturing in American oak barrels.
Dark amber with a mahogany edge. Clean and brilliant, good depth. On the nose: intense aroma of the muscat grape variety. On the palate: sweet, oily and lasting.
